These short are everything they say they are. I have an Iphone 8 in an otterbox defender case that fit perfectly in the speed pocket. Not only did it not bounce I barely knew it there. These are perfect if like me you hate the armband during the hot summer months.
Both the speed pocket and the back pocket at great. The inner liner tho, not so much. These shorts are impossible to lounge in simply because the inner banana hammock just puts too much squeeze on the boys.
Pocket for the cell phone is to small for a plus size phone. (Samsung galaxy s9 plus) smaller phones will work. Comfort is excellent.
Love these shorts. The fit is perfect. They sit a few inches above the knee, which I like. The speed pocket is a brilliant idea. It comfortably fits my 5.5" phone and it doesn't move at all when I run. Can't imagine buying shorts in the future that didn't have the speed pocket.
