Venom Red color is misleading

The Venom Red colorway doesn't look like the picture at all. The heal material and the tongue are slightly orange and the most disappointing thing is that the midsole is a iridescent pink color. The pink stands out alot. I love the shoes fit and performance but, the colorway is just a bad in person.

Product has performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Running in downtown Los Angeles you get used to running the hills that are hidden within the towering buildings. However, your shoes after so many miles tend to remind you. These felt so light and made hill repeats something that I wanted to push for rather than throw my hands up. Also great in helping on the negative split training.

The shoe my feet needed all along!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m usually a stickler when it comes to my running shoes because I need the shoe to perform with me and not work against me. I found that the UA Flow Velociti Wind are the best quick response, lightweight running shoe on the market! For anyone who actively runs and is looking for a shoe that will enhance your running abilities, I would recommend giving these a try. There’s not doubt in my mind that you’ll most likely buy another pair because they are just that good!

Shoe is very light and helps with foot strike

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shoe is phenomenal. The design encourages a mid foot strike for running while providing cushion for longer runs. Phenomenal shoe design I literally feel like I am flowing.

Great PR shoe

Love these shoes so far. I’ve been wearing them on 3-5 mile days and have put 25-30 miles on them. The shoes are really light and you can feel the difference if, like me, you alternate with another heavier shoe (infinites in my case). I was worried there wouldn’t be enough support or would feel sloppy but I’ve been pleasantly surprised as I haven’t had any issues with the support. Initially I thought these would only be short-mid distance shoes, but they feel so good I’m going to start giving them a go on progressively longer runs. Performance-wise i’d definitely give these a 5/5. Best UA running shoe so far. Only critique is that you definitely have to go up a half size. I’m a 10.5 in other UA run shoes and I wear an 11 in these.

Super light and responsive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall good fit and runs true to size. Extremely light making strides quick with a fast response from the ground. Not best suited for cutting but great for runs, sprints and hit workouts.

Game changing shoe built for all distances

I'm almost at 3 weeks in this shoes and just over 100 miles with runs on the treadmill, asphalt, concrete, cobblestones, packed dirt, rubber track and in the rain. I even took them 26.2 this morning on my long run just to see how they would feel: zero issues. Simply put, this is a top 10 and quite possibly top 5 shoe all time for me. The grip of the outsole makes this shoe feel as if it wants to get up and go, but the firm (yet cushioned) ride is ready to go the distance, providing a responsive, comfortable ride with each step. I've run in other UA models and wasn't entirely impressed. The Velociti Wind ticks every box and in my opinion serves as UA's formal entry into the running shoe conversation.

Flawed Shape

Promising concept coming from UA, unfortunately the shoe's last ruins it. The medial side of the toe box is tapered too early, similar to UA's lower tier running shoes. Simply put, it's too pointy. So, you can't keep you big toe straight to balance properly while running. Not cool at that price point. It doesn't feel like a performance oriented last, more like a shape borrowed from a men's office shoe. Length wise the shoe is fine. The upper itself isn't very snug, it could be snugger and thinner for my taste. The zero rubber outsole is great, awesome grip.

Surprisingly good

I usually can’t wait to take my shoes off after a run(I have been through several different pairs trying to find a good shoe) but After a few runs in these shoes they feel great, especially for a heel-strike runner like myself. Like gliding on each foot. But wait, Bluetooth?!?! It’s all very ideal for training

Superior shoe especially for heel-strike runners

This shoe is awesome - I am a heel-strike runner (the heel tread on all my running shoes gets worn down while the rest looks pristine), and the curved heel on these makes me feel like I'm gliding instead of pounding the pavement. As such, my joints and low back feel great after a run with these. Additionally, these run true-to-size IF you know your size in Under Armour (these are the same sizing as the Charged Intake for example), but may differ in other brands.
