I’ve worn UA shoes for years. Early designs were great and very comfortable in the Micro G line. More recently the designs for training shoes has dropped off.
Specially for this shoe, I have worn them 2-3 times and each time they cause friction burns on the back of my ankles. The design curves the rear part of the shoe back towards the Achilles area. Since it’s a relatively rigid material, it doesn’t take long for it to start rubbing...even with longer socks. Very annoying because the shoes would be pretty good otherwise.
Very nice fit for broad feet of mine. Wore to walk around for my Japan trip and it serve well. Recommend for people looking for broad fit low cut.
I feel two blades are cutting my ankles. I used the shoe for one hour and my skin peeled off.
The shoes were comfortable and tried them out at work and during a workout, however the heel of the shoe severely cut the back of my ankles and so I was forced to return them.
I’m a disabled vet, I lost my leg below the knee in Iraq 2004. Shoes are very important to a amputee. I need comfort on my left foot and more importantly the shoe has to fit right on my prosthetic. It can’t be to high in the back or to low. The sole has to be just about perfect for me because I can’t bend my knee all the way straight when I walk. My knee is always slightly bent and this is why any shoe has to be almost perfect. These shoes are just not good enough. I tried them for five days now and they’re just not correct. I’ll keep the shoes since I used them for five days, but I have to say I’m not happy with them.
These shoes look very nice, fit nice and snug, and do what I need. I wear them to the gym every day except legs and they're stable and comfy for cardio. Would buy again. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
